If you’ve had the pleasure of experiencing the feels of a 5-star read, then you have likely been slapped in the face with a reading hangover. No matter what you do, you just can’t get into the next book on your TBR and it feels like meeting your reading goals, and enjoying a book is near impossible. The longest reading slump I have ever experienced lasted months, and it can definitely turn a reader away from any good book that might fall into their lap.
In my experience, the best way to get out of a reading slump is a mysterious, fast-paced book that will keep you turning pages until the very end!
